The mezzanine floors range from 4,200 to 5,200 m² and can easily be adapted and divided; from large to more compact or into four generous areas
of approx. 1,100 m. That flexibility remains, even after the spaces are occupied. The atmosphere is industrial and modern, with high ceilings and natural materials.
Because AIR is designed to be future-proof, sustainability plays a key role throughout. From design to construction, from material selection to energy consumption, heating and cooling.
In collaboration with ecologists and sustainability specialists we found a healthy balance in biodiversity in, around and on top of the building.
Plenty of greenery has been incorporated, such as the XXL 'green walls' in the atrium. AIR also makes optimal use of solar panels, rainwater is collected, and existing structures and materials are reused wherever possible.

Besides several spacious elevators, there are also several large stairwells, to stimulate movement. We have opted for natural, non-toxic materials and inside there are plants and trees wherever you look.
By installing high-end air-conditioning and air filtration systems, a permanent and efficient air filtration takes place within the building. Much attention is paid to optimal tuning of the acoustics and incidence of light. The interior is designed in such a way that health problems prevented, productivity is increased and interaction between users is encouraged.
AIR is designed to make life easy for cyclists. In the basement of the building is a large bike parking to leave your bicycle safe and dry with capacity for approximately 1,500 bicycles. Naturally there are also charging stations for e-bikes.
The rooftop parking is exclusively for users of the office space with capacity for 80 vehicles. In addition, there are several parking garages and parking spaces surrounding AIR.
