AIR is a multifunctional building with an office area of approx. 23,300 m², unique for the city center. The creative and versatile design will allow users and visitors to enjoy space, daylight and many facilities.
The integration of the atrium into the design creates the effect of a 'building within a building'. The atrium design has important advantages. Firstly, the glass roof, together with the high ceilings and huge glass facades ensure ample daylight on all floors. And secondly, this design allows for huge floor areas on each level.

AIR is not only a sustainable and healthy place to work, it is also a place where social interaction is facilitated, in a safe and healthy way. Between colleagues, but also with other users of the building.
The perfect place to meet, or do some business, is the AIR Skyline Pavilion. During the day for a cup of coffee, a little later in the day for a glass of wine or a beer.
